In 2021, I was at the peak of a 14-year corporate career I truly enjoyed. From the outside, everything looked great. But inside, I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and constantly battling chronic health challenges.

Each day felt like a fight just to function , migraines, brain fog, and fatigue made it harder and harder to show up.

Eventually, my body , and my doctor , made the decision for me. I was placed on medical leave, and what was supposed to be temporary became permanent. 

It was devastating. 

I feared losing my identity, my income, and the respect of others who couldn’t see what I was battling on the inside.

That breaking point became the start of something new. I dove into healing , learning about the brain, practicing meditation, and doing the inner work to reclaim my life. I stopped asking “Why is this happening to me?” and started asking.... 

“What can I do now?”

That shift gave birth to my venture into entrepreneurship, many renditions later I finally found my home with The 10% Edge Consulting & Cindy and I’s joint venture The Brave 10% Edge, where we have a mission to help other women through their own journey. 

I now help entrepreneurs grow aligned businesses.

I am able to meet them where they are, in the mess, in the mindset battles, in the quiet doubts , and guide them with a blend of strategic support and soulful space-holding.

When we lead from empathy, transformation becomes possible.

Because business isn’t just about plans , it’s about people, and it's about becoming.
